**The office will be closing at 4pm Thursday, October 31st for Halloween**

We are no longer requiring masks or social distancing.  Injection patients may now wait the 30 minutes in office or if preferred you may continue the wait time in your vehicle.  If waiting in your vehicle please note that if medical attention is required, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
